About Us
O’Fallon Nutrition is proudly owned by David Gaule and his wife Diana Hess who met while attending Washington University in St. Louis. We are a true local and independent small business. As members of the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and residents of the City of O’Fallon, we are dedicated to being a trusted wellness resource for our community. Combining over twenty years of experience working with customers on their health goals and being parents of two terrific boys, who also happen to have special needs, we understand the challenges of promoting and preserving health.
Our Journey to Wellness
Since acquiring the store, Dave has transformed it from a modest supplement shop into the thriving business it is today. By 2012, O’Fallon Nutrition had outgrown its original location and moved to a larger space to better serve our community. Dave’s education and credentials in nutrition, including a Diploma in Comprehensive Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences, underscore his commitment to providing credible, knowledgeable advice to our customers.

Our Commitment to Quality
After graduating from WashU in 2002, Dave reacted to a classified ad in The Healthy Planet newspaper, and bought O’Fallon Nutrition, at that time a modest shop serving only a handful of customers per day. Fueled by his lifelong interest in nutrition and entrepreneurial spirit, Dave envisioned O’Fallon Nutrition as a place people could go to address unmet health needs through education, nutrition, and natural remedies. Dave’s education and credentials in nutrition, including a Diploma in Comprehensive Nutrition from Huntington College of Health Sciences, underscore our commitment to providing credible, knowledgeable advice to our customers. To further that goal, we continuously focus on staff education and training as well.
Dave and Diana, along with many talented staff throughout the years, transformed the original O’Fallon Nutrition from a modest supplement shop into the thriving business it is today. In 2012, O’Fallon Nutrition outgrew its original location in Ft. Zumwalt Square and moved to our current space to better serve our community. Since then, we have continued to curate and expand our product selection to reflect the natural health needs of O’Fallon and St. Charles County. On August 1st, 2026, O’Fallon Nutrition will celebrate it’s 25th Anniversary under Dave and Diana’s ownership. We look forward to continuing to serve our community and meeting our customers’ natural health needs.
